- cup plain 10% fat Greek Yoghurt
- 1 garlic minced
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil for drizzling at the end
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp crushed black pepper
